Moon Sling Support

Please include your device model, Android version and the game version (on most phones: Settings › Apps › Moon Sling). More tips are on the studio support page.

The Full Game purchase

The first 20 levels are free. The Full Game is one optional one-time purchase through Google Play that unlocks the rest. After buying, the game also works offline.

My purchase is missing

Moon Sling checks with Google Play when it starts and when you return to it, so a reinstall or a new phone on the same Google account normally gets the Full Game back without you doing anything. If it does not:

Connect to the internet and check that the Play Store is signed in to the Google account you bought with.
Open the Full Game offer in the game and tap Restore Purchase.
If the game says “No purchase found for this Google Play account.”, the Play Store is using a different account, or the purchase was refunded or cancelled. Email us with the order number from your Google Play receipt if you need help.

“Payment pending”

Some payment methods take a while. The levels unlock when Google Play confirms the payment; until then the main menu shows “Full Game · Pending”. If the payment is never completed, nothing is unlocked and the offer comes back.

“Can’t reach Google Play”

The phone could not reach Google Play. Check your connection and try again. If you were charged, tap Restore Purchase.

“Purchases aren’t available on this device or account”

Google Play cannot sell on this device or account at the moment, for example when the Play Store app is missing or out of date. Updating the Play Store app or using a different Google account may help.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play. See Google’s help page: Learn about Google Play refund policies. If a refund is granted, the Full Game is removed from the game the next time it checks with Google Play.

Progress

Your progress is saved on your phone. If Android’s backup is turned on, it can come back after a reinstall or on a new phone. Without backup, uninstalling the game deletes your progress; the Full Game purchase itself is not lost, because it belongs to your Google account.
